8:30 PM Solemn Easter Vigil (Church)

    • After nightfall we gather outside around the new fire. Christ, our Paschal Light, leads us into the darkened, lifeless church. Slowly, his light is shared through our common baptism. The church begins to glow and live once again. We sing our Easter praises!
    • After hearing portions of our Salvation History in the Liturgy of the Word, we experience salvation in the waters of baptism and in the oil of confirmation.
    • Our vigil is made complete with the Eucharist.
    • Our newly initiated members of the Church are honored with a reception in the Steinbauer Community Room, where all are welcome to share in their joy! If you would like to donate an hors d’oeuvre or dessert for this reception please leave word with Connie Hartle at 419.666.9705 or 419.340.8308 so that we can plan accordingly.
